Been a While

Wow, I didnt know it had been a year since I last updated anything on this site. Thats sad, I would say its good because it means Ive been busy, but that is only somewhat true. The first week in November I moved to San Diego and despite some discouraging times absolutely loved the time I spent there. I decided to come home for a couple months thinking it would be a good move and that I could get more business from people I know than I could cold calling borrowers in California. I was wrong. So I am working on a plan to move back West.

Right now I am working as a Loan Officer for a mortgage broker in San Diego, thank god for technology. So that means if you know people that want to purchase or refinance a home you have someone to refer them to
